1.Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of chemical products, liquids, pastes, cleaning solutions, polishing solutions, pickling paste, and other chemical consumables are not eligible for return or exchange once shipped.
Machines and accessories may be eligible for return or exchange only if there is a confirmed product quality issue.
2.Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:
- Chemical liquids
- Chemical pastes
- Cleaning solutions
- Polishing solutions
- Pickling paste
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged by misuse, improper operation, incorrect storage, or human-caused damage
- Products without original packaging or complete accessories
3.Machines and Accessories
Machines and accessories can only be returned or exchanged if the issue is caused by a product quality problem.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for damage caused by:
- Incorrect use
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Improper storage
- Accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Use with incompatible products or accessories
4.Refund Process
If you believe your product has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Product packaging photos
- A clear description of the problem
After we review the information, we will decide whether the product is eligible for replacement, repair, or refund.
5.Shipping Costs
Unless the return is caused by our product quality issue, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees.
